Tasting: The color is a limpid pale pink, approaching the petal of a rose. The nose is frank, fresh and subtle with aromas of strawberry and elderberry. The mouth is expressed by a beautiful volatility and a certain elegance. The finish is long balanced by the sweetness of peach aromas and the freshness of citrus notes.

Food/wine pairing: Very pleasant as an aperitif, anchoïade, pistou soup, light meat, grilled meats, grilled fish.
