Terms and conditions
1. General Provisions
Any order via this website implies the immediate acceptance, without reservation and its full and complete adherence to these general conditions of sale, as well as the pricing conditions which form an integral part thereof.
This offer is reserved for individuals and professionals in France (Dom Tom included), and countries bordering France.
The photographs, diagrams or drawings illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field. If errors are introduced, in no case, the responsibility of the Vignerons de Roquefort can not be engaged.
2. Protection of minors
Under ordinance n°59-107 of January 7, 1959 and law n°74-631 of July 5, 1974, the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited.
Anyone ordering wine from Les Vignerons de Roquefort undertakes to be 18 years of age on the date of the order.
3. Payment
3.1 The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by the Vignerons de Roquefort.
The products ordered are payable in full with the order in euros.
An invoice expressed in Euros including VAT will be issued by Les Vignerons de Roquefort and sent to the customer at the invoice address indicated.
3.2 Payment is made by credit card, (secure online payment site).
In the event of non-payment or refusal of payment authorization by accredited bodies, the Société Vignerons de Roquefort reserves the right to refuse an order.
3.3 Orders are only final after confirmation of payment and receipt by Les Vignerons de Roquefort and to the extent of available stocks.
4. Delivery
4.1 The delivery of the offers presented on the Vignerons de Roquefort website is reserved for metropolitan France.
For deliveries outside France, Corsica and DOM-TOM, contact us.
4.2 The delivery time is 8 working days, after receipt of the order and payment of the corresponding price (confirmation email by Vignerons de Roquefort).
If the delivery deadline is exceeded by more than 7 days, the customer may cancel his order by sending a registered letter to Vignerons de Roquefort with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer has 60 working days to do so.
If delivery does not take place between the sending and the receipt of this letter, the contract is considered broken.
The Vignerons de Roquefort must then reimburse all the sums paid by the customer (shipping costs included) as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days.
Beyond these 30 days, the Vignerons de Roquefort must pay interest on the amount due. These interests are calculated in relation to the legal in force.
The place of provision of the goods is chosen by the customer when ordering.
4.3 The information transmitted by the customer on the order commits him. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details (surname, first name, number and street name, postcode, town name, telephone number or email address), the Société Vignerons de Roquefort cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of products if the Post Office and/or the carrier are unable to deliver.
4.4 The customer also agrees to take receipt of the ordered goods in place and date with the time slots of presence that he will have stated. If, in his absence, a notice of passage is left to him, the customer undertakes to withdraw it as soon as possible.
Any re-delivery costs may be charged if the customer does not respect his commitment.
4.5 On delivery, a delivery note must be signed by the consumer who must check on receipt the conformity and the state of packaging of the product.
In the event of deterioration or partial loss of the product, the consumer must imperatively formulate reservations on receipt on the delivery slip, a duplicate of which is sent to the Vignerons de Roquefort, and within three days of this receipt, notify these reservations to the carrier. by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt in accordance with Article L.133-3 of the Commercial Code.
5. Rates
5.1 The selling price of the product is that in force on the day of the order, and taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order.
The sale prices, in accordance with article L113-13 of the Consumer Code, are indicated, for each of the products appearing in the electronic catalog, in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery and transport costs.
Delivery and transport costs will be indicated to consumers before the validation of the order and will be invoiced in addition.
In the event of a promotion, Les Vignerons de Roquefort undertake to apply the promotional price to any order placed during the promotion period.
The total amount owed by the consumer is indicated on the order confirmation page.
5.2 Les Vignerons de Roquefort reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the consumer the application of the price in force at the time of the order.
6. Withdrawal
From receipt of the products, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days to return the new goods in their original packaging, intact, without having to justify themselves or pay a penalty.
Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
To return the goods, the consumer must first send an email to Vignerons de Roquefort lesvigneronsderoquefort@orange.fr specifying the number of the canceled order in order to obtain a return number.
Les Vignerons de Roquefort undertakes to reimburse the consumer at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, provided that the returned products are in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice.
7. Warranties
All products supplied by the professional seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L.211-4 to L.211-14 of the Consumer Code and the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and 1649 of the Code. Civil.
8. Intellectual Property
The elements reproduced on this site, whether visual or audio, are the exclusive property of the publisher, and are protected by copyright, trademark law and patent law.
Any reproduction and any distribution of these elements, without the prior written authorization of the publisher, expose the offenders to legal proceedings.
9. Personal data
The collection of personal data, their use for order processing and the creation of customer files is subject to the consent of the person concerned.
The processing of personal data, which is kept by the publisher for the sole purpose of proper administration of orders and commercial relations, is the subject of a declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés.
The consumer has at any time a right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data concerning him.
10. Settlement of disputes – Applicable Law

Any dispute concerning the application of these general conditions of sale, their interpretation, their execution, will be brought before the commercial court of the registered office of our company, that is to say the Commercial Court of Marseille, regardless of the place of order, delivery and invoicing.
