grape varieties: 60% Cinsault, 40% Grenache

Tasting:: A barely salmon colour, a floral (peony) and vine peach nose. The unctuous and fresh mouth gives it a subtle balance between floral aromas of peach and lychee. The long finish, all in finesse and straight which gives it a nice character.

 

Food/wine pairing: This Rosé de Provence will find its place around a Provençal aperitif, a rack of lamb, exotic cuisine, summer salads.
