Tasting: A happy marriage between Rolle (85%) and Ugni Blanc, this cuvée delivers gourmet aromas of pomelo, candied zest and acacia honey. Both supple and lively, the mouth remains fragrant, finely lemony. The white aperitif par excellence.

 

Food/wine pairing: This Blanc de Provence will find its place around a Provençal aperitif, sushi, pork tenderloin with curry, fresh cheeses.
