Tasting:A beautiful lively and frank dress. The nose is elegant, fine, with aromas of flowers. The mouth presents a very nice balance  between vivacity and volume, with a nice persistence.

Food/wine pairing: Very pleasant as an aperitif, then a light summer meal, Provençal stuffed vegetables, Asian cuisine.
